Mind

Mind, the mental health charity, recently overhauled their own stock photo library. They wanted to move away from imagery traditionally associated with illustrating mental health conditions and move towards more natural, positive and authentic images and ones which capture real moments of connection. Volunteers were employed to role-play scenes which could be used to illustrate the experience of living with mental health-related issues. I was commissioned for several shoots for this campaign. The first one, featured here, involved capturing the daily lives and routines of familes and young people at home and on location.
